Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Slovian Inc (“Slovian,” “we,” “us”) governing access to and use of our websites and Heybe software products and services (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Heybe is a product brand of Slovian Inc. These Terms do not claim ownership by any other company.
2. Description of the Services
Heybe is personal AI assistant / AI agent software offered as open-source Community software and as commercial Pro subscriptions (SaaS and related software licenses). Product features are described on heybe.dev. We may modify features over time. Prices, when displayed, are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing period you select until canceled. Cancellation, refunds, and related rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
- Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Services.
- Use the Services to develop or distribute malware, or to conduct fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Slovian Inc.
- Reverse engineer non-open-source components except to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
Slovian Inc and its licensors own the Services, branding, and non-open-source software. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses (see the Heybe repository). You retain ownership of content you provide; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Services.
7. AI outputs and your responsibility
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Third-party AI providers have their own terms when you use BYOK.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLOVIAN INC AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SLOVIAN INC FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Slovian Inc against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
